Taking the intelligent visible dialogue system of some large-scale residential community in Guilin as the example,the paper compares the simulation visible dialogue system in the First Period of the community with the pure digital visible dialogue system of the Second Period,and points out the development direction for the pure digital network for the visible dialogue system of the residential communities,so the community quality can be promoted and the operation and management of the equipment transferred to the property service be improved.
