转Bar基因抗除草剂稻谷对妊娠小鼠亚慢性毒性的响应 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究转Bar基因水稻对妊娠期小鼠是否有亚慢性毒性损害及多代毒性累积。[方法]以60只18~24 g区间的SPF级昆明小鼠为试验对象,分别喂食含量为20%、40%、60%转Bar基因稻谷,并以常规D68水稻为对照,饲养90 d后合笼,自由取食、饮水并受孕繁殖F1代。在小鼠妊娠14~15 d解剖,测定孕鼠的血液生化、脏器重量及其病理学指标。[结果]转Bar基因抗除草剂稻谷对亲代孕鼠血液生化指标均无显著的影响;除喂食转基因稻谷含量为20%和40%的F1代孕鼠分别在甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量上显著高于对照组外,转Bar基因抗除草剂稻谷对F1代孕鼠血液生化的其他指标均无显著影响。转Bar基因抗除草剂稻谷对亲代、F1代孕鼠的脏器重量及其病理学指标均无显著影响。[结论]该研究表明转Bar基因水稻对亲代、F1代妊娠小鼠没有亚慢性毒性损害及多代毒性累积的影响。 [Objective] The aim was to observe whether the Bar-gene genetically modified rice is damage of the subchronic toxicity and toxic accumulation in pregnancy mice.[Method] 60 SPF KM mice,that body weight were between 18-24 g,were divided at random into 3 groups,as control groups,feeding content is respectively 20%,40%,60% of the Bar-gene genetically modified rice.They were rationed by the corresponding rat-feed in the same strain respectively for 90 days,then female and male mice will be put in the same cage.The mice eat food and drink water freely and pregnant female mice reproduce the F1 generation.Mice were dissected and recorded after pregnancy 14-15 days,with the mice blood biochemical observation,viscera weight and pathology index.[Result] The Bar-gene genetically modified rice on biochemical of parental generation indexes of blood were no siginificant influence;Though triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(CHOL) in 20% and 40% transgenic group of F1 compared to control group significantly increase,various biochemical indexes of other groups had no significant influence.The Bar-gene genetically modified rice to parental and F1 generation mice of viscera weight and pathology index were no effect.[Conclusion] There were no effects that the Bar-gene genetically modified rice is damage of the subchronic toxicity and toxic accumulation in pregnancy mice.
