简述了农村饮水解困历程，总结了当前农村安全供水现状及存在的问题，并针对不同时期的主要水质问题，总结了相应的饮用水处理技术，从水处理技术的发展趋势引出了被称为“21世纪的水处理技术”——膜分离技术。该技术能够处理农村各类劣质水源，且建设费用低、操作简便，出厂水质稳，非常适用于农村饮用水的净化处理。

The technology can deal with all kinds of low - quality water in rural areas, the construction cost is low, the operation is simple, the purified water quality is stable, thus it is suitable for rural drinking water purification.
