摘要
以新农保与城保的衔接为出发点,分析了河北省社会养老保险制度衔接的障碍因素,提出以"个人账户"为其衔接点,并据此建立了新农保与城保制度衔接的模式和具体操作方案。
Starting from joining between new rural endowment insurance and urban endowment insurance,the restrained factors for social endowment insurance system joining in Hebei Province were analyzed.With individual account as joining point,the joining model and specific operation scheme were established.
