本文从知识经济和我国全面实现现代化条件下出发 ,简明地阐述了知识经济时代科技进步的本质 ,科技进步在矿产资源开发管理中的地位和作用以及加强对科技进步管理等问题。

Proceeding from the conditions of knowledge economy and complete realization of modernization in China, this article briefly discusses the essence of advance of science and technology in the era of knowledge economy, the position and function of scientific and technological advances in the exploitation and management of mineral resources, and the improvement on management of scientific and technological advances.
