On the Training System of College Students' Innovative Ability

在充分吸收外国高校培养创新人才经验的基础上,从多个方面探讨了我国高校创新人才培养体系的构建。我国高校要实现创新人才培养目标,必须做到:理清创新素质内涵,更新教育理念;识别人才类型,实施个性化培养;科学设置课程体系,注重能力培养;创新考核方式,建立科学的能力评价体系;鼓励课外科研,营造创新校园文化氛围。

Based on the absorption of the innovative talent cultivation experiences from foreign colleges, the paper discusses the construction of the innovative talent graining system in China. Chinese colleges must define the connotation of innovative quality to update the educational concept ; identify the talent types to implement individuation cultivation; set curriculum scientifically to cultivate students＇ competence; set up the scientific assessment system of abilities; and encourage extracurricular scientific research to create the atmosphere of campus innovative culture.
