高校食堂承包经营是高校后勤社会化改革后,很多高校采用的食堂经营模式。它有效地减轻学校的负担,带来显著的社会和经济效益,但在实际运行中也产生不少问题和矛盾,分析利弊,探讨解决存在的问题和矛盾,是高校食堂社会化改革健康持续发展的关键。

The contractual operation mode has been readily accepted in universities after the reform of logistics service which are mainly offered by society.This mode can effectively reduce the burden of universities and at the same time bring good social and economic benefits.But some problems have arisen in the process.The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this contractual mode,aiming at finding good solutions to those problems and keeping a sustainable and sound development of dining halls.
