Comparative Analysis of Rebar Detailing for RC Structures

摘要 对比研究了中国规范GB 50010—2002、美国规范ACI 318-08和欧洲规范EN 1991-1-1:2004中钢筋锚固长度和搭接长度、受弯构件中钢筋的截断及框架梁柱节点的钢筋细部构造,分析了钢筋强度、钢筋直径、钢筋间距、混凝土强度和保护层厚度等因素对钢筋锚固和搭接长度的影响。结果表明:对于钢筋锚固长度,EN 1992-1-1:2004计算值最小,ACI 318-05简化方法的计算值最大,中国规范的居中;对于钢筋搭接长度,在材料因素相同、钢筋搭接接头面积百分率较小的情况下,GB50010—2002和ACI 318-08的计算结果较EN 1991-1-1:2004的要大;对于钢筋的截断,EN 1991-1-1:2004考虑了斜裂缝引起的钢筋拉应力的增大,钢筋截断的延伸长度较GB 50010—2002和ACI 318-08的要大。 Anchorage length and splicing length of rebar,cut-off of tensile reinforcement and the detailing of beam-to-column joints of frames based on GB 50010—2002,ACI 318-08 and EN 1992-1-1:2004 were comparatively studied.Meanwhile,the effects of the rebar strength,rebar diameter,spacing of rebars,concrete strength and thickness of concrete cover on anchorage and splicing length calculated according to the aforementioned standard were analyzed.Results show that the anchorage length of rebar calculated according to EN 1992-1-1:2004 is smaller than Chinese code and ACI code,and ACI code is the greatest.With regard to the splicing length,based on the same material factors and low overlap ratio,calculations of Chinese code and ACI code are greater than European code.For cut-off of tensile rebar,the development length of rebar based on European code is greater than Chinese code and ACI code as a result of considering the increase of tensile stresses due to diagonal cracks into account.
