锁骨骨折保守治疗精神病患者的临床观察

Clinical detection of clavicle fracture in bedlamism by expectant treatment

目的:探讨锁骨骨折保守治疗精神病患者的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析60例精神病患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为保守治疗组30例和手术治疗组30例。结果:两组临床治疗优良率差异无统计学意义,保守组肩周炎、愈后畸形并发症与手术组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:锁骨骨折保守治疗精神病患者临床疗效明显,并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of clavicle fracture in bedlamism by expectant treatment.Method To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of clavicle fracture in bedlamism,who were divided into the conservation group（30 cases） and the operation group（30 cases）.Results The fineness rate,periarthritis of shoulder,malformation complication of the two groups had no obvious difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of clavicle fracture in bedlamism by expectant treatment is obvious,and the complication is fewer,which is worth to be used.
