摘要
为提高复方甘草片的稳定性并改善其气味,优化了复方甘草片的薄膜包衣溶液组成.应用正交试验法,选择成膜材料、增塑剂和溶剂浓度作为考察因素,以外观变化、崩解时限、加速条件下片剂增重量作为指标,选用正交表L9(34)进行试验,筛选出薄膜包衣溶液的最佳质量百分数组成即羟丙甲纤维素5.36%,聚丙烯酸树酯1.84%,增塑剂0.12%,乙醇75%.结果表明:按最佳包衣液组成制备的复方甘草薄膜包衣片具有较好稳定性,且无明显特殊臭味.
The formulation of film solution coating of compound liquorice tablets was optimized to improve their stability and smell.Through L9(34) orthogonal design,film polymers,plasticiser and solvent concentration were investigated to evaluate the effects on the exterior change,disintegration time and increased tablet weight under accelerated condition of the tablets.The optimized formulation of the film coating solution showed that the content of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose,polyacrylic resin,plasticiser and the concentration of ethanol were 5.36 %,1.84 %,0.12 % and 75 %,respectively.It was found that the stability and smell of compound liquorice tablets by the film coating solution were greatly improved.
