摘要
统计了全国各省(区)到2009年底已探明的煤炭资源储量及其硫分,研究分析了各省(区)原煤产量、商品煤供应量变化及硫分分布特点,提出了限制高硫煤开采及控制二氧化硫排放的政策建议。
The recovered coal resource reserves and sulfur contents in different provinces（coalmine areas） by the end of 2009 are statisticed in this paper,the variation of raw coal production and commercial coal supply and the characteristics of sulfur content distribution are studied.Therefore the policy proposals of restricting the mining of high-sulfur coal and controlling sulfur dioxide emission are presented.
