Many management measures in Qitaihe Branch Company of Longmei Group are introduced,such as perfecting coal quality management regulations,reviewing production plan strictly,strengthening coal quality management during mine field and design process,optimizing formula of mill feed raw coal,improving coal preparation processing technology.And through the measures,the processing ability and the product quality were improved.
