摘要
分析了入厂煤与入炉煤热值差超标的原因,指出其主要是由于在煤场堆放过程中煤炭自身氧化等原因导致煤的热值有所下降,从而造成入炉煤的热值小于入厂煤的热值。此外,入厂时的卸煤、取样和堆场管理也与热值差超标有直接的关系。
The main reasons of the calorific value difference between the coal as received and the coal as fired were analyzed in this paper.During the course of storage in yard,the oxidation of coal would reduce its calorific value,which leads to the difference of calorific value between the coal as received and the coal as fired.In addition,the difference of calorific value is also directly related to the unloading and sampling of coal as received and yard management.
