摘要 [目的]了解本科护生心理健康状况,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表和应对方式量表,对河南省449名本科护生进行心理健康状况及其影响因素的调查。[结果]本科护生SCL-90评分为136.11分±39.11分;心理问题阳性检出率为20.5%;SCL-90评分均低于全国大学生常模(P<0.05);强迫症状、焦虑、精神病性因子的得分高于全国青年常模(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,幻想的应对方式是本科护生心理健康的危险因素(OR=8.870),解决问题是保护因素(OR=0.069)。[结论]本科护生存在一定的心理问题,在本科护生教育中,应注重培养其积极成熟的应对方式。 Objective: To investigate mental health status of undergradu- ate nursing students and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 449 undergraduate students in He nan province were investigated with SCL- 90,social support rating scale (SSRS) and coping style scale. Results: The score of SCL-90 was 136.11±39.11. The positive rate of psycho- logical problems was 20.5 %. SCL -90 scores were lower than the college norm(P〈0.05) ; the score of obsessive - compulsive symptoms, anxiety, psychosis factor was higher than the youth norm(P^0.05) ;logistic re- gression analysis showed that self - blame coping style was a risk factor (OR ~ 8.870), problem- solving coping was a protective factor(OR = 0. 069). Conclusion:Undergraduate nursing students still have some psychologi- cal problems. In undergraduate nursing students~ education, we focus on training the positive and mature coping styles should be thought highly to train.
