恶性血液病病人行自体外周血干细胞移植的护理

Nursing care of hematologic malignancy patients undergoing autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation

[目的]总结恶性血液病病人行自体外周血干细胞移植的护理。[方法]对10例恶性血液病病人行自体外周血干细胞移植,同时加强心理支持、造血干细胞回输的护理、营养支持、并发症的观察与护理。[结果]10例自体外周血干细胞移植全部成功,病人移植期间均发生程度不同的口腔溃疡及胃肠道反应,发热8例,消化道出血2例,药物性肝损伤1例;1例多发性骨髓瘤病人移植6个月后复发。[结论]加强恶性血液病病人行自体外周血干细胞移植的护理,是移植成功的保证。

Objective：To summarize the nursing care of hematologic malignancy patients undergoing autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Methods：A total of 10 cases of hematologic malignancy patients accepted au- tologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. At the same time, the psy- chological support, care of hemopoietic stem cell reinfusion, nutritional sup- port, the observation and care of the complications were strengthened for them. Results： All autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in 10 patients was successful. During transplantation period, all patients had the dif- ferent degree of oral ulcer and gastrointestinal reactions,and 8 cases had fever, 2 cases with gastrointestinal bleeding and one case with drug--induced liver in- jury. A multiple myelomatosis patient got recurred at 6 months after autolo- gous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Conclusion-To strengthen the nursing care of hematologic malignancy patients undergoing autologous periph- eral blood stem cell transplantation is the guarantee of successful transplanta- tion.
