高职院校学风建设的困境与对策分析

高等职业教育异军突起,已占据我国高等教育的半壁江山,为社会各行各业培养了一大批技能型、实用型、复合型人才。然而,高职院校部分学生存在着厌学心理,学风建设亟待加强。科学地分析高职院校学风建设存在的困难,应用有效对策加强学风建设,才能为国家培养出更多的社会急需的高素质技能型人才。

The higher vocational education is overwhelmingly developing all over the country now,which has trained a large number of skilled,practical and inter-disciplinary talents.While part of the students in higher vocational colleges are weary of studying so it is pressing to strengthen construction of style of study in higher vocational colleges.That only scientifically analyzes the difficulties in building of style of study in higher vocational colleges and applies some effective countermeasures to enhance the construction of style of study can train more qualified high-quality skilled talents for our country.
