摘要
1996年《职业教育法》的实施,使我国职业教育走上了以法治教的道路,但随着经济社会的进一步发展和职业教育的深入推进,其实施过程中配套法律制度的不完善、法律本身设计的基本框架不尽科学、立法技术存在缺陷等问题逐渐暴露出来,尤其是立法体系的局限性亦更加凸显。修改并完善之,将对我国《职业教育法》立法的科学性起到更大的推动作用。
Chinese vocational education has been governed by law after vocational education law entered into effect in 1996.But,with the development of society and economy,the expending of vocational education has exposed many flaws of existing legal system,including the irrationality of basic legal framework,defects of lawmaking technique,especially the narrow limit of legislature system.The amendment and perfection of existing ordinance would be of great value to make Chinese vocational education law more scientific and effective.
