1990年7月,经十多年的深入调查、认真研究、仔细识别,"佯僙人"被认定为毛南族。贵州毛南族和布依族长期和谐共处,民族文化相互交融,既有自己的民族特点,又和布依族有相似之处。这种民族间的区别与交融既有历史原因,又有重要的现实意义。
July 1990, through the ten years of further investigation and study, carefully recognition, ＂yanghuangren＂ is recognized for maonan. Maonan race and BuYiZu long-term harmonious coexistence, ethnic cultures, has its own national characteristics, and BuYiZu have in common. This national differences and blending both historical reasons, and have important practical significance.
