摘要 比较了几种蔬菜农药残留快速检测方法.传统方法所用仪器昂贵,对分析人员专业水平要求高,周期长,成本高,我国现行的速测卡法和酶抑制法恰好能够弥补这些缺陷.酶抑制法灵敏度高、成本低. Several methods of vegetable pesticide residues detection are compared.Traditional method needs expensive instruments,high-level analysts,long duration and high cost.The present rapid detection card method and enzyme inhibition rate method can just make up these shortcomings.Enzyme inhibition rate method has high sensitivity and low cost.
