碘伏湿敷防治左氧氟沙星所致静脉炎效果观察

The Significance of 0.5% Tincture Iodine Wet Compress in the Prevention of Phlebitis Caused by Intravenous Injection of Levofloxacin

目的观察碘伏湿敷防治静脉输注左氧氟沙星所致静脉炎的效果。方法选取80例静脉输注左氧氟沙星的患者按入院时间先后顺序分成实验组和常规组各40例。实验组在静脉输注左氧氟沙星注射液时,用0.5%碘伏湿敷穿刺部位近心端皮肤,常规组不做任何处理,比较两组静脉炎发生率。结果实验组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论碘伏湿敷静脉穿刺部位可明显降低静脉输注左氧氟沙星所致静脉炎的发生率,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To evaluate the significance of 0.5% tincture iodine in the prevention of phlebitis caused by intravenous injection of levofloxacin.Methods 80 patients with the need of intravenous injection of levofloxacin were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with 0.5% tincture iodine wet compress to the proximal skin area concurrently with the levofloxacin injection.No special measurements were taken for the control group.The incidence of phlebitis was calculated for both groups and compared.Results The experimental group had a lower incidence of phlebitis compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion 0.5% tincture iodine wet compress use can decrease the incidence of phlebitis caused by intravenous injection of levofloxacin.
