摘要
从现代图书馆以人为本的观念引出读者的法律地位的问题,分析读者与图书馆相互关系中所处于弱势地位的成因,讨论读者基本权利的内容,保障读者合法权利的社会效用。
Based on the humanist concept of moden library, readers' legal position and analyzes the contributing factors of their weak position in the relationship between readers and libraries. The content of basic rights and the social effectiveness to ensure the readers' legitimate rights and also discussed in the paper.
