康复新液治疗婴儿湿疹50例疗效观察

Efficacy of Kang fuxinye for Infant Eczema

目的观察康复新液对婴儿湿疹的治疗效果。方法选择湿疹患儿100例,随机分为康复新液治疗组50例及常规西药治疗组50例。康复新液治疗组外用康复新液,常规西药治疗组进行常规西药治疗,10d为1个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果康复新液治疗组及常规西药治疗组总有效率分别为100%和96%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复新液治疗组痊愈39例(占78%),常规西药治疗组痊愈28例(占56%),2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),表明康复新液对婴儿湿疹有良好的治疗效果。结论康复新液是一种疗效显著、安全可靠、经济实用的外用治疗婴儿湿疹的药物,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Kang fuxinye to treat infant eczema.Methods 100 cases of children with eczema were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in the observation group and another 50 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group with Kang fuxinye.After a treatment course of 10 days,the efficacy was compared.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 100%and 96%,respectively;the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.39 patients in the observation group were cured（78%）and 28 of the control group were cured（56%）;the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.It reveals that Kang fuxinye has a good treatpeatic effect.Conclusion Kang fuxinye is a safe,economical and practical medicine with significant effect to treat infant eczema and worthy of clinical application.
