丹参对急性胰腺炎大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察丹参对急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能和免疫功能的影响。方法 SD大鼠90只随机分为假手术(F)F1d、F3d、F5d组各10只,AP1d、AP3d、AP5d组各10只,制备大鼠AP模型,丹参治疗(SM)SM1d、SM3d、SM5d组各10只,制备AP模型后,给予丹参治疗。按1d、3d、5d三个时间点取相应组别大鼠,动态测定外周血D-乳酸(D-Lac)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)和肠组织的分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)的变化。结果AP组比F组各时间点DAO和D-Lac均明显升高(P<0.01);经丹参治疗后3d、5d组DAO和D-Lac比AP组均明显下降(P<0.01),第5d恢复至正常水平;AP组随病程延长sIgA呈逐步减少,与F组各个时段比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),丹参治疗组sIgA在各时间点均低于F组(P<0.05),均与AP1d组无差异(P>0.05),比AP3d、AP5d两组均有升高(P<0.05)无随病程延长而逐步减少趋势。结论丹参能够明显改善胰腺炎大鼠肠黏膜通透性,保护肠黏膜屏障功能,同时能促进肠黏膜sIgA的合成与分泌,增强肠道免疫功能,实现对AP的治疗作用。 Objective To study effect of SM on Intestinal mucosa with AP of rat barrier and immunologic functions.Methods A total of 90 rats with SD were randomly divided into three group,F1d、F3d、F5d each of 10 in the False operation(F)group,AP1d、AP3d、AP5d Each of 10 in the AP group,Making the model ofAP rats,and SM1d、SM3d、SM5d each of 10 in the Treatment of Salvia miltiorrhiza group,was given Treatment of Salvia miltiorrhiza after Making the model of AP.Changes of D-lactic acid(D-Lac)、DAO and sIgA in the Peripheral blood were Dynamicly measured among the rat of corresponding groups,at 1st day,3rd day,and 5th day.Method: A total of 90 rats were randomly divided into nine groups,F1d、F3d、F5d each of 10 in the False operation(F)group,AP1d、AP3d、AP5d Each of 10 in the AP group,Making the model of AP rats,and SM1d、SM3d、SM5d each of 10 in the Salvia miltiorrhiza(SM)group,was given Treatment of Salvia miltiorrhiza after Making the model of AP.Changes of D-lactic acid(D-Lac)、DAO and sIgAin the Peripheral blood were Dynamicly measured among the rat of corresponding groups,at 1st day,3rd day,and 5th day.Results DAO and D-Lac at every time point in the AP group were significantly increased(P0.01) compared with that in F group.DAO and D-Lac in the 3rd day and 5th day after Treatment with SM were both significantly decreased(P0.01) compared with that in AP group.DAO and D-Lac returned to normal level at the 5th;sIgA gradually reduce wih the extension of the course of disease in AP group,having the difference of Statistics at each time point.compared with that in F group.The sIgA in the group of Treatment with Salvia miltiorrhiza was decreased compared with that in F group at each time point.,had no differences Compared with AP1d(P0.05)and was increased compared with that in the AP3d、AP5d group(P0.05).Have no the tend of sIgA gradually reducing wih the extension of the course of disease.Conclusion SM can obviously improve intestinal mucosal permeability of the pancreatitis rat,protect the function of intestinal mucosal barrier and Promote the synthesis and secretion of sIgA in intestinal mucosa.improve the function of Intestinal immunologic,while treating theAP.
