从双语心理词汇结构论述词汇学习策略 被引量:17

Vocabulary learning strategies based on the bilingual mental lexicon structure

摘要 本文从心理语言学的双语心理词汇结构角度探究词汇学习策略。通过对二语非流利的定性和定量分析,研究发现汉英双语心理词汇中语音模块相互独立,而二语词名层与母语词名层之间及二语词名层与概念层之间均存在连接且均有阈限,二语词名沿着阈限低的路径通达概念。基于上述发现,本文辩证地论述了英语词汇学习中汉语的干扰及辅助作用,并提出相应的词汇学习策略:(1)在心理词汇中增加英语语音组块以提高英语词汇的语音学习效率;(2)在已有的心理词汇网络中增加大量英语词名节点及连接,利用冗余信息调整权值与阈限以改善英语词汇的反应时间和正确率。 This paper sets out to explore vocabulary learning strategies from the psycholinguistic perspective based on the bilingual mental lexicon structure.The qualitative and quantitative analyses of L2 disfluency reveal that Chinese and English have separate sound chunks,thresholds exist in the L2-L1 lexeme links and L2 lexeme-lemma links respectively,and L2 lexemes choose the links with low thresholds.Based on the findings,the paper further dialectically expounds on the role of Chinese as an obstacle and agent in English vocabulary learning and proposes that:(1) the increase of sound chunks of English in the mental lexicon will improve learning efficiency of sound;(2) the increase of English lexeme nodes and links in the mental lexicon network will produce redundant information which adjusts weights and thresholds of the links,shorten reaction time,and improve accuracy.
