摘要
目的观察规则抗菌疗法治疗复发性尿路感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取医院2010年2月-2011年1月收治的复发性尿路感染患者作为研究资料,根据病情分为难治组及对照组,给予规则分期抗菌治疗方法,观察尿常规、尿培养情况。结果共86例患者,治愈75例,治愈率为87.21%,有效7例,有效率为8.14%,其中有2例患糖尿病,3例有肾结石,1例为肾移植术后,均为病情的维持期,无效4例,无效率为4.65%,其中2例为肾结石伴肾功能不全,2例为肾移植术后;治愈的75例患者治疗疗程为24~120周,平均(52.3±22.4)周,治疗期为6~76周,平均(21.3±16.3)周,巩固期为5~14周,平均(6.13±2.41)周,55例按计划完成治疗,31例不同程度过渡到巩固期。结论采用规则抗菌疗法治疗复发性尿路感染疗效可靠,治愈率高,且未见肝肾功能等不良反应。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the rules of antimicrobial therapy for recurrent urinary tract infections.METHODS The patients with recurrent urinary tract infections who enrolled in hospital from Feb 2010 to Jan 2011 were selected as study subjects and were divided into the refractory group and the control group according to the condition of the diseases,the regular phases of antimicrobial therapy was performed,the results of the urinalysis and the urine culture were observed.RESULTS Of 86 cases of patients investigated,75 cases were cured with the cure rate of 87.21% 7 cases were effective with the effective rate of 8.14%,among which there were 2 cases with diabetes,3 cases with kidney stones,and 1 case of renal transplantation,all these patients were at maintenance stage of the disease;4 cases were ineffective with the ineffective rate of 4.65%,including 2 cases of kidney stones with renal insufficiency and 2 cases of renal transplantation;the course of treatment of the 75 cured patients was 24-120 weeks,with the mean of(52.3±22.4) weeks,the treatment period was 6-76 weeks,with the mean of(21.3±16.3) weeks,and consolidation period was 5-14 weeks,with the mean of(6.13±2.41) weeks;55 cases completed the scheduled treatment,31 patients with different degree of diseases transferred to consolidation period.CONCLUSION The clinical efficacy of rules of antimicrobial therapy for recurrent urinary tract infections is reliable with high cure rate and without any adverse reactions.
