胃窦炎合并十二指肠溃疡患者炎症因子水平的分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析胃窦炎合并十二指肠溃疡患者炎症因子水平。方法收集2009年4月-2011年1月到医院消化内科就诊的65例胃窦炎合并十二指肠溃疡患者,同期单纯胃窦炎患者64例,健康受试者64例作正常对照;检测所有受试者胃窦活检标本的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、过氧化物酶(MPO)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果正常组64例患者中,2例检出幽门螺杆菌,检出率为3.1%,胃窦炎组64例患者中,33例检出幽门螺杆菌,检出率为51.6%,胃窦炎合并十二指肠溃疡组65例患者中,57例检出幽门螺杆菌,检出率为87.7%,3组两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常对照组比,胃窦炎组和胃窦炎合并十二指肠溃疡组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、MPO、SOD和MDA的含量明显增高(P<0.01);与胃窦炎组比,胃窦炎合并十二指肠溃疡组的IL-8、TNF-α、MPO、SOD和MDA的含量明显增高(P<0.01)。结论胃窦炎合并十二指肠溃疡的炎症与胃黏膜内的IL-8、TNF、MPO、SOD、MDA的含量紧密相关。这些因子构成了复杂的细胞因子网络。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the level of inflammatory cytokines in patients with antral gastritis and duodenal ulcer.METHODS From Apr 2009 to Jan 2011,65 patients with antral gastritis and duodenal ulcer were admitted in the hospital.Meanwhile,64 patients with antral gastritis at the same period and 64 cases of healthy individuals were recruited for our study.Gastric biopsy specimens of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,MPO,SOD and MDA were determined.RESULTS Of 64 cases in the control group,Helicobacter pylori was isolated from 2 cases with the detection rate of 3.1%;of 64 patients in the antral gastritis group,H.pylori was detected in 33 cases with the infection rate of 51.6%;of 65 patients in the antral gastritis combined with duodenal ulcer group,H.pylori was isolated from 57 cases with the detection rates of 87.7%,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);compared with control group,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,MPO,SOD and MDA in antral gastritis combined with duodenal ulcer group and antral gastritis group were significantly higher(P〈0.01).Compared with antral gastritis group,IL-8,TNF-α,MPO,SOD and MDA in antral gastritis combined with duodenal ulcer group were significantly higher(P〈0.01).CONCLUSION Antral gastritis combined with duodenal ulcer is closely related with expression levels of IL-8,TNF,MPO,SOD and MDA.These factors constitute a complex cytokine network.
