摘要
目的了解医疗器械表面清洁水平的影响因素,为规范医疗器械操作提供客观数据。方法根据消毒供应中心常用医疗器械的种类,应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光技术,抽取具有代表性的针持、组织钳、长镊、消毒钳,测定清洗消毒后器械表面相对荧光值(RLU)。结果如使用未消毒的容器,针持表面RLU值在清洗消毒后第2天即升至1869,接近参考值(2000);与此相反,使用消毒的容器,针持表面RLU值在清洗消毒后3d内均<600,显著低于参考值(P<0.01);清洗消毒后3d内,4种器械表面RLU值均显著<2000(P<0.05),但4d后RLU值快速上升,其中组织钳和长镊表面RLU值均>2000。结论采用消毒后的容器,每3d更换1次润滑剂,可在1个月内有效保持清洗消毒后医疗器械的RLU值。
OBJECTIVE To understand the influence factors for the cleaning level of medical equipment′s surface so as to provide objective data for standardizing the operations of the medical equipments.METHODS According to the commonly used medical equipments in the central sterilization and supply department,ATP-Bioluminescence-Techniques were adopted,the needle holder,tissue forceps,long tweezers and sterilizing forceps were randomly selected,the RLU of equipment surface was determined after the cleaning and disinfection.RESULTS If the containers which have not been disinfected were used,the RLU of needle holder surface would climb to 1869 on the second day after disinfection,approaching to the reference value of 2000;in contrast,if the disinfected containers were used,the RLU of needle holder surface was all less than 600 3 days after the disinfection,significantly lower than the reference value(P〈0.01);the RLU of four kinds of equipment surface were all significantly lower than 2000 within 3 days after the disinfection(P〈0.05),but after the forth day RLU would climb up rapidly,the RLU of both tissue forceps and long tweezers surface were higher than 2000.CONCLUSION Using the disinfected containers and changing the lubricant every three days can effectively keep the RLU of medical equipments within one month after the disinfection.
