摘要
一直以来立式铣床升降台旧的机加工工艺落后,存在质量不稳定、效率低的问题,针对这一情况,将高速加工方法引入立式铣床升降台的机加工工艺中,并对旧的机加工工艺进行了更新。高速加工机理与传统加工机理完全不同,不易振动,从而使表面粗糙度降低,加工质量得到显著改善。而高速加工切削力小,变形小,这样就可以取消升降台的中间工序,从而缩短了制造周期。
To improve the quality and efficiency for machining lifting table of knee-type milling machine,the technology of high-speed machining is adopted.The machining process of lifting table of knee-type milling machine is established according to the characteristics of the technology of high-speed machining.Operating frequency of high-speed machining system is greatly higher than low order natural frequencies of machine,so the surface roughness of processing can be greatly reduced,and machining quality can be improved.Based on the characteristics of its higher-speed rotation and smaller cutting force,the process of the semi-fine machining of the lifting table of the knee-type milling machine can be reduced,so the processing efficiency can be raised.
