摘要
介绍了印刷电路板的功能检测常见的方法——针床测试法和双探针飞针测试法。以北京中科泛华测控技术有限公司提供的印刷电路板功能测试系统为例进行分析;同时,还阐述了BANNER传感器在印刷电路板检测应用实例,具有一定的参考价值。
This paper describes the functions testing of printed circuit boards common approach and double needle bed test probe flying probe test method. To Beijing Pan-China in the division of measurement and control technology Co., Ltd. to provide printed circuit board functional test system as an example analysis. It also describes BANNER sensor printed circuit board inspection applications for example, it has some reference value.
