无煤柱开采是合理开发利用煤炭资源、提高回采率、降低掘进率、减少巷道维护费、提高经济效益的有效技术措施,它是回采工艺的一项改革。因此,在一定条件下的煤层中,应积极推广无煤柱开采技术,为推进和实现安全、高效矿井提供有利的保证。

Mining without coal pillars is an effective technology measure.It can reasonably development and use the coal resource,raise stoping rate,reduce driving rate,reduce the maintenance cost of roadways,raise economic benefits.It is a reform of mining technology,therefore,under certain conditions of the coal seam,we should actively popularize the mining technology without pillars,provide a favorable guarantee to advance and implementation of efficient mine safety.
