采用多指标考察仲灵降脂胶囊的干燥工艺

Investigation of Drying Process for Zhongling Jiangzhi Capsule by Multi-index

目的:优选仲灵降脂胶囊的干燥工艺。方法:以出粉量、水分、薄层色谱、丹酚酸B含量为指标,考察减压干燥、喷雾干燥、带式干燥等工艺,筛选最佳干燥方法并进行工艺优选。结果:喷雾干燥为仲灵降脂胶囊最佳干燥方法。结论:优选的干燥工艺合理、稳定,适合连续大生产,且可降低生产成本。

Objective：To determine optimum drying process for Zhongling Jiangzhi capsule.Method： With the amount of powder,water content,thin layer chromatography,the content of salvianolic acid B as indexes,vacuum drying,spray drying,belt drying process was investigated to screen optimum drying method and optimized technology.Result： Spray drying was the best drying method for Zhongling Jiangzhi capsule.Conclusion： Optimized drying process was reasonable,stable,and was suitable for continuous large-scale production with reducing production costs.
