蝙蝠葛碱精制工艺优选

Optimization of Purification Technology of Dauricine

目的:制备高纯度蝙蝠葛碱。方法:利用两性生物碱可溶于酸水、碱水且在pH 8～9易形成沉淀的性质,从北豆根中提取酚性总碱;利用蝙蝠葛碱的酸性与其他碱酸性的差异性,采用碱水溶液萃取,将蝙蝠葛碱同其他酚性碱分离。结果:提纯后的蝙蝠葛碱利用HPLC进行含量测定,平均含量达96%以上。结论:优选的精制工艺稳定、可行且易操作。

Objective：To prepare high-purity dauricine.Method： Nature of gender alkaloids（could dissolve in acid and alkali） and easy to form precipitation in pH 8-9 were used for extracting phenolic alkaloids from Asiatic Moonseed Rhizome;Dauricine was separated from other phenolic alkaloids by alkaline aqueous solution extraction with using difference of acidity of dauricine and other alkali.Result： Average content of Dauricine reached above 96% by HPLC.Conclusion： This optimized technology was stable,feasible and easy to operate.
