摘要
目的:研究复方杞鹰颗粒对大鼠糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗作用。方法:用Wistar大鼠,高脂、高糖饮食8周,小剂量STZ 35 mg·kg-1ip 12周后,形成2型糖尿病周围神经病变模型,复方杞鹰颗粒低、中、高剂量(1.17,2.34,4.68 g·kg-1)治疗8周。测定坐骨神经、尾神经传导速度,全血黏度、糖化血红蛋白、测定坐骨神经醛糖还原酶和Na+/K+ATP酶活性。结果:复方杞鹰颗粒有较好的降血糖作用,同时可抑制糖化产物的形成;可改善糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠的血液流变学指标;可以增加糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经中Na+/K+-ATP酶的活性;可以延缓糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经中醛糖还原酶的活性的升高,改善神经功能。结论:复方杞鹰颗粒可以改善糖尿病周围神经病变所引起的神经损害。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic action of compound Qiying granules on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats.Method: The model of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was established as follows: the rats were given high-fat and high-sugar feed for 8 weeks,and then injected streptozocin(35 mg·kg-1)by intraperitoneal injection for 12 weeks,next the model rats were treated by compound Qiying granules for 8 weeks.Result: The results showed that compound Qiying granule has preferable effect on regulating level of the blood sugar and restraining producing of saccharify products simultaneously,improving parameters of hemorheology and the activity of Na+/K+ATP-ase and postponing enhancement activity of aldose reductase.Conclusion: Compound Qiying granule can protect against nerve injury caused by diabetic peripheral neuropathy in diabetes type II rats.
