摘要
PTRA型初任教师专业化培训模式采用"计划(plan)——教学(teach)——反馈(reflect)——应用(apply)"循环系统(简称PTRA型)对初任教师进行培训,其目标是促使初任教师认同教师专业并且提升他们的教学技能。在培训过程中,初任教师与指导者以及教师之间相互学习,逐渐学会了自我管理和设计个性化的自我专业发展。
The PTRA professional training model of beginning teachers adopts the Plan-Teach-Reflect-Apply circulatory system to provide trainin for beginning teachers.The goal of Plan-Teach-Reflect-Apply Professional training model of beginning Teachers(PTRA) is to persuade beginning teachers to identify with the profession and to enhance teaching skills.By interactive learning of the beginning teachers and their mentors,the beginning teachers learn gradually to monitor themselves and design their personalized professional development.
