摘要
开放式教育是幼儿园教育中不可或缺的重要组成部分。角色意识缺位、教师沟通技能不足、幼儿园自身职能局限等诸多因素制约着幼儿园实施开放式教育的效果。构建以幼儿园为主导、儿童生活圈为外延、以社区资源为基础的教育社区,提高家园沟通技巧,建设家长团队是改善开放式教育的主要途径。
Open education is an indispensable part of kindergarten education. But there are many problems in the kindergarten open education. The kindergarten should build a kind of education community and focus on children＇s living and promote the relationship with parents.
