经皮肾镜联合超声碎石清石系统治疗胆管结石的临床应用研究

The clinical application of percutaneous nephroscopy combined swiss lithoclast master for biliary calculi

目的探讨经皮肾镜联合超声碎石清石系统治疗肝内外胆管结石的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析该院2007年12月～2011年4月156例应用经皮肾镜联合超声碎石清石系统治疗肝内外胆管结石的临床病例资料。结果 156例全部取石成功,131例取净结石,取净率84.0%;25例有残留结石,均为肝内胆管结石,残留结石率16.0%。术后出现腹泻3例,发热12例,无胆管穿孔、胆管断裂、大出血等严重并发症。结论经皮肾镜联合超声碎石清石治疗肝内外胆管结石效果好,手术安全,并发症少。该技术为胆管结石的治疗提供了一种新的选择。

【Objective】 To discuss the application value of percutaneous nephroscopy combined Swiss Litho Clast Master in the treatment of biliary calculi.【Methods】 From Dec 2007 to April 2011,the total 156 cases treated by percutaneous nephroscopy combined with Swiss Litho Clast Master were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】 Out of 156,131 cases（84.0%） removed of all calculi,25 cases removed of the most of the residual calculi,the success rate was 100%.After operation,there were 3 diarrhea cases and 12 fever cases without severe complication such as shock,biliary tract fistula and rupture.【Conclusions】 The novel treatment of percutaneous nephroscopy combined with Swiss Litho Clast Master on biliary calculi shows many advantages,such as shorten operative time,decreased the probability of bleeding and infection and so on.This novel therapy provide a new choice for biliary calculi.
