试图说明网络社会使当代图书馆理论和实践面临严峻的挑战,也迫使图书馆加强理论创新,加快管理体制和机制的变革。同时就当前的一些理论问题以及图书馆建设和管理工作的重心如何从传统走向现代作了论述。

Intends to describe the challenge that libraries confronted with in the coming Internet society from the aspects of theory and practice. In addition,some problems involving the mode of library management and the renovation of library science are also discussed.
