摘要
为进一步提高毛木耳菌丝体液态发酵产多糖的能力,采用PD培养基为模板,通过改变各组分成分,对毛木耳液态发酵的产多糖条件进行研究和优化。研究结果显示:发酵毛木耳3号应选择碳源为麸皮,氮源为硝酸钠,调节pH为7,加入的无机盐离子为氯化镁。
In order to improve the yield of hydrophilic polysaccharide,dextrose culture-medium by changing the various components of the composition was used to optimize the fermentation process for production of hydrophilic polysaccharide from Auricularia polytricha(Mont.) Sace strains mycelium.The optimum conditions were as follows:Source of carbon should choose bram,source of nitrogen should choose sodium nitrate,pH was 7.0,mineral should chosse MgCl.
