摘要
探讨南瓜多糖在体外模拟人工胃液中的动态变化过程。以南瓜粉为原料,经过水提取、有机溶剂分步萃取、三氯乙酸除蛋白、超滤等分离过程,得到一种水溶性多糖(PP)。在体外模拟人工胃液环境中,经30、90、150、720min作用时还原糖及分子量的变化。结果表明,南瓜多糖在体外模拟人工胃液环境中,随胃酸与胃酶作用时间的延长,还原糖的量不断缓慢增加,HPLC结果显示作用30min时出现小分子糖,作用90min时大分子量多糖出现明显变化,提示南瓜多糖在体外模拟人工胃液环境中随时间作用会发生一定程度的降解,产生还原糖和寡糖片段。
The aim of this paper was to research pumpkin polysaccharide in vitro simulator under the artificial gastric juice.An water-soluble polysaccharide(PP) was extracted by water extraction,and organic solvent extraction step by step,and so on.The molecular weight and the changed of reducing sugars of the pumpkin polysaccharide after 30 min,90 min,150 min,720 min were detected under in vitro artificial gastric juice.The result showed that the amount of reducing constantly slow increase as time,and small molecular sugar appears in the 30 min,while the high molecular changes in the 90 min through HPLC.Reducing sugars and oligosaccharide could produce in vitro artificial gastric juice.
