摘要
怀菊花中含有多种药理活性黄酮,为实现怀菊花黄酮工业分离工艺,采用树脂D101进行分离,分析影响树脂D101吸附解吸怀菊花总黄酮的因素。为有效利用树脂D101,保证树脂D101对怀菊花黄酮有较高的吸附率和解吸率(≥70%),通过考察上样量、料液黄酮浓度、温度、pH、乙醇浓度对树脂D101对怀菊花黄酮的吸附和解吸的影响,确定了适宜树脂D101吸附解吸怀菊花黄酮的工艺条件:怀菊花黄酮上样量不宜高于60mg/g树脂,上样黄酮浓度不宜高于2.0mg/mL,偏酸性条件有利吸附,最佳吸附pH3.0,吸附温度40℃,采用体积分数50%以上乙醇解吸,最佳解吸剂为70%乙醇,偏碱性条件有利解吸,解吸pH不超过11为宜。
Many kinds of flavones with pharmacological activities were present in Huai-chrysanthemun.D101 resin was adopted to separate Huai-chrysanthemum flavones for industrial production.And factors which may influence D101 resin's adsorption and desorption ability were analyzed.To ensure the effective use of D101,and adsorption and desorption capacity of D101 more than 70%,influence of sample loading,temperature,pH,and concentration of ethanol on D101 resins' adsorption and desorption ability were studied.The optimal technological conditions were as follows:sample loading was no more than 60 mg/g resin,acidic medium is favorable condition for adsorption,the pH was 3.0,and the adsorption temperature was 40 ℃.The eluant was 70% ethanol.Basic medium is favorable for desorption,and the eluting pH was no more than 11.
