摘要
从分析传统图书馆管理的缺陷入手 ,论述了图书馆管理的五大发展趋势 :管理观念 :从封闭型向开放型转移 ;管理理论 :从科学管理向知识管理转移 ;管理手段 :从人工管理向计算机管理转移 ;管理方法 :从重物管理向重人管理转移 ;继续教育 :从可有可无向制度保障转移。
Starting from the analysis of deficiency of traditional library management,this paper describes the developing trends of library management in five aspects as management concept:shifting from close to open;management theory:shifting from scientific to knowledge management;management means:shifting from artificial to computer management;management method:shifting from material resources to human resources management;and continuing education:shifting from not essential to institution guarantee.
