摘要
分析了在残疾人事业领域中建设其系统信息网络的必要性 ;简述了建设其信息网络已具备的基础和可行条件 ;并根据其信息网络建设的目标 ,提出了该网络建设原则和网络总体结构的思路。
This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the systematic information network in the field of handicapped utilities,sketches the provided base and condition for establishing information network.According to the aim of information network construction,the paper presents some thoughts on the principle for network construction and the general structure of the network.
