摘要
随着移动互联网时代的到来,电信运营商越来越重视电子渠道的营销服务作用,如何更好地满足移动互联网时代的精确化营销需求,始终是一个关键。本文在分析了电信运营商电子渠道精确化营销服务需求的基础上,提出了电子渠道精确营销支撑体系架构和主要应用场景,并结合案例探讨了在电信运营商中的实际应用。
With the development of the mobile internet, telecom operators pay more attention to the marketing and service function through electronic channel. It is the crux of problem that what measures should be taken to meet the needs of precision marketing. Based on the requirement analysis of the precision marketing through electronic channel, a framework of precision marketing through electronic channel and main application scenarios are proposed in this article.
