摘要
首先评估了我国关于图书馆立法的现状 ,然后着重阐述制定《图书馆法》的意义 ,最后谈作者对制定《图书馆法》应包含内容的一点思考。
This article first evaluates the situation of library legislation in our country,then emphatically explained the significance of formulating the library law,and finally gives some reflections about the content should be involved in the library law
