巫山淫羊藿饮片炮制前后HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC fingerprint of Epimedii Wushanensis Herba before and after processing

目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立巫山淫羊藿饮片炮制前后的指纹图谱。方法:采用Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈和水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长270 nm。结果:初步建立了巫山淫羊藿生、炙品饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,其精密度、重复性、稳定性试验中共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可应用于巫山淫羊藿生、炙品饮片质量控制。

Objective：To study the HPLC fingerprint of Epimedii Wushanensis Herba before and after processing.Method：Kromasil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column was adopted with mobile phase：water and acetonitrile;gradient eluteion at flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1;The wavelength was set at 270 nm.Result：An HPLC fingerprint of Epimedii Wushanensis Herba after processing was found.The RSD values of relative peak area and relative retention time of common peaks in precision,repeatability and stability are less than 3%.Conclusion：This method is simple,practical and reliable.The method can be used for the qualitative control of Epimedii Wushanensis Herba after processing.
