差示扫描量热法鉴别药用高密度聚乙烯瓶中掺杂聚丙烯 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探索用差示扫描量热法(DSC)鉴别药用高密度聚乙烯瓶中掺杂聚丙烯。方法:分别采用密度测定法、红外光谱法和差示扫描量热法鉴别高密度聚乙烯瓶。结果:差示扫描量热法不仅能鉴别高密度聚乙烯瓶掺杂聚丙烯,还能计算出掺杂的聚丙烯的比例。结论:差示扫描量热法可以弥补YBB标准中药用高密度聚乙烯鉴别方法的不足,可为药用高密度聚乙烯瓶鉴别方法的修订提供依据。 Objective:To use differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) to identify high-density polyethyene(HDPE) bottle adulterated with polypropylene(PP).Methods:To identify HDPE bottle adulterated with PP with density,IR and DSC,respectively.Results:DSC can not only identify HDPE bottle adulterated with PP,but also can calculate the proportion of PP in HDPE bottle.Conclusion:DSC can make up of the deficiency of identification method in YBB standards.This study has provided the foundation of revision of identification method of HDPE bottles.
