晶胞结构与掺杂铁基砷化物超导电性的关系

摘要 通过研究掺杂FeAs-1111超导体系的超导电性与其晶胞结构之间的关系,发现两者之间呈现一定的规律性。为了能够定量的分析它们之间的关系,又研究了掺杂FeAs-1111超导体系晶胞体积与键参数之间的关系,发现两者之间也呈现较好的规律。 By studying the superconductivity of the doping iron based oxyaresenides and its crystal cell structure,a good regularity was found.In order to get law of changes of crystal cell structure with doping elements and doping proportion,we studied the relationship of crystal volume and bonding parameter topological index H31 of the doping iron based oxyaresenides again,a good regularity was found too.
