内镜十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术后复发胆管结石的成因分析 被引量：2

摘要 内镜十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（endoscopics phincterotomy，EST）是内镜逆行性胆胰管造影术（ERCP）由诊断走向治疗的重大进展。自1974年由Kawai等开创以来，该技术不断完善，目前已成为肝外胆管结石的重要诊治手段，但是EST存在着远期胆管结石复发的可能。对于复发结石的定义，目前学术上没有统一意见，
