摘要
本文以正十九碳酸 (C1 9:0 )为内标 ,用 HCl～ CH3OH溶液对海洋饵料动物 (纺缍水蚤、折皱臂尾轮虫和丰年虫 )进行抽提酯化后做毛细管气相色谱分析。该法简便 ,易操作 ,重现性好 ,变异系数为 0 .2 %～ 6 .8%
