摘要
基于数字图像技术,将分形理论应用于腐蚀形貌图像的特征提取,结合LY12CZ铝合金在EXCO(exfoliationcorrosion)溶液中的加速腐蚀试验,用分形维数表征腐蚀形貌的演化过程,计算得到加速腐蚀不同时间的分维值。结果表明,腐蚀初期蚀坑数目增加明显,分形维数迅速增大。随后,腐蚀速率加快,蚀坑逐渐连成一片,分形维数增加减缓,并趋于平稳。
Fractal theory is applied to the characteristic extraction of corrosion morphology based on the digital image technique,combine with accelerated corrosion test in EXCO(exfoliation corrosion) solution.The evolvement character of corrosion morphology is taken with fractal dimension and the fractal dimension value is computed with different accelerated corrosion time.The results indicate that: the amount of corrosion pits and the fractal dimension increases rapid in initial corrosion stage;later the corrosion rate accelerates and the corrosion pits joints with each other,formed bigger corrosion pits,and the increased rate of fractal dimension decreases and becomes stable finally.
